Back in 2014 had just pulled out all my summer clothes and nothing fit.

 

I found myself buying bigger sizes because I no longer fitted into my old clothes

I was feeling sluggish and fed up with my body

I desperately wanted to be able to walk up to my wardrobe and pull out anything and simply wear it. 

 

So I took on a Personal Trainer. And I focused on me. Even with my busy work and family schedule I was able to  drop  2 dress sizes in 10 weeks. And once again I fitted into those damn jeans. 

So I know what it's like to feel down and fed up about the weight gain. I know what it takes to lose the excess pounds. And I'm here to tell you its possible.
