1 cup (130g) sweet potato, cubed, frozen 1 banana, sliced, frozen 1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened 1⁄2 cup (125g) Greek yogurt 1 tbsp. almond butter 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon pinch ground nutmeg
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Add more milk if necessary to reach desired consistency.
